Job summary
Accenture Flex is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. The role is onsite 3+ days per week with the client in Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC, and you will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
You will mentor colleagues, contribute to key decisions, and help improve development processes while applying your expertise in custom application development and software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master proficiency in AWS (preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of innovative software features that align with project goals and client requirements.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and code quality.
- Mentor and guide colleagues to foster knowledge sharing and elevate team capabilities.
