Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components using modern frameworks with AWS. You will lead and collaborate with multiple teams, apply best practices, and drive cloud-native solutions.

On-site in Chicago, you will mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery and tooling. The role requires 7+ years of enterprise Java/Spring Boot experience, strong AWS capabilities, IaC with Terraform, and proficiency in CI/CD, Docker,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven Terraform IaC experience across AWS platforms.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
