Qualifications

7+ years of experience in AWS and Snowflake support for healthcare data platforms.
Strong knowledge of Snowflake Administration and production support.
Hands-on experience with SQL querying, Python automation, and Spark processing.
Experience with ETL/data integration pipelines and Linux/Unix environments.
Incident management, RCA, and problem resolution in enterprise analytics environments.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Snowflake and AWS-based data platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and data issues.
Support ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data quality processes.
Optimize Snowflake performance, queries, and warehouse utilization.
Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python automation scripts.
Support Spark-based data processing and cloud infrastructure.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams for stability and compliance.
