Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Playwright, mabl, testRigor).
• Hands‑on experience testing APIs.
• Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete various types of software testing for system updates including functional, performance, API, and DB verification testing.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated regression test cases.
• Identify, document, track, and advocate for defect resolution using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and system architecture.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
• Ensure test coverage and adherence to project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices development.
