Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Platform Engineer (DevOps / AWS) to help design, build, deploy, monitor, and scale cloud infrastructure across the organization.

You will partner with software engineers to reduce operational friction, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery while upholding security and HIPAA/compliance standards. This local, long-term role requires strong AWS, IaC, CI/CD, and observability expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
• IaC experience with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, SST, or similar.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tooling.
• Experience supporting cloud-native/serverless architectures and observability solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, deployment, and applications.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical stakeholders.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Asheville, NC or be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using IaC methodologies.
• Build reusable infrastructure patterns using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, SST.
• Create scalable cloud-native and serverless platform capabilities to improve speed and reliability.
• Improve infrastructure maintainability, auditability, and operational maturity.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitHub Actions).
• Improve deployment reliability and reduce friction across the software lifecycle.
• Enhance observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Partner with engineers to improve developer experience and remove operational barriers.
