Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to sustain and operate Army biometric systems hosted in AWS GovCloud.

You will provide cloud and network engineering, secure connectivity, automation, and cybersecurity remediation for mission-critical NRTIO and NXGBCC capabilities. The role requires seven years of systems engineering experience, AWS GovCloud expertise, and DoD cybersecurity familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• AWS GovCloud experience.
• Experience with software integration or testing, including test plans and scripts; knowledge of ANSI/NIST ITL and DoW EBTS.
• Familiarity with biometric systems and system-of-systems processes.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, operate, and troubleshoot AWS GovCloud network infrastructure for biometric systems.
• Configure S2S VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, firewalls, VPN/IPsec.
• Support Cisco firewalls and secure network segmentation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity among AWS-hosted services, fielded systems, SATCOM, Government networks, and external interfaces.
• Support cloud infrastructure administration, monitoring, logging, performance analysis, and incident resolution.
• Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Bash.
