Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr. AWS Glue ETL Developer to modernize federal mainframe systems. You will re-engineer batch jobs into Glue-based ETL processes, leverage serverless AWS services, and work across architecture, development, and DevOps teams.

The role requires strong AWS Glue, PySpark/Python expertise and experience with PostgreSQL, CodeCommit/CodePipeline, Jira and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in SDLC with ETL-based development.
Hands-on AWS cloud experience, especially AWS Glue Studio.
Proficient in PySpark/Python and PostgreSQL.
Familiar with version control and issue tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years or Master's with 6–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Re-engineer mainframe batch jobs to ETL processes using Glue.
Develop and deploy Glue ETL PySpark jobs and related AWS services.
Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams during deployments.
Document design specifications and contribute to implementation plans.
