System One is seeking a Senior AWS Full Stack Software Engineer in the United States to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications within a large-scale, AWS-focused financial services environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, preferably with Spring Boot/Spring MVC/Spring Batch.
• 5+ years of AWS experience with ECS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, and SNS.
• Full stack development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency with Python for automation or support services.
• Strong relational database experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora and Oracle/RDS.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, or Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments (ECS/Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with enterprise app servers (JBoss/WildFly).
• Security-minded coding, dependency management, and CI/CD security scanning.
• Automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Selenium, Playwright.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and enterprise security considerations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain AWS-based applications using ECS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS, and SNS.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, batch processes, and enterprise integrations.
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases including query optimization.
• Maintain applications on JBoss/WildFly and container platforms.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, testing, deployments.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation for deployment and automation.
• Address vulnerabilities, outdated dependencies, and code quality issues.
• Develop automated unit, integration, API, and UI tests (JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Selenium, Playwright).
• Troubleshoot production issues across services and cloud infrastructure.
• Apply specification-driven development to translate requirements into plans.
• Collaborate with product, QA, security, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly for coding, testing, and documentation.
