Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support, administer, monitor, and replatform enterprise integration platforms across legacy and cloud-based systems. You will ensure secure, scalable data movement using IBM MQ, Globalcape MFT, APIs, and AWS-native services.

You will design and support AWS-based integration solutions, participate in mainframe decommissioning, and help modernize the integration landscape.

Qualifications

7+ years of integration platform support experience.
4+ years developing or supporting AWS-based solutions.
Experience supporting mission critical production environments.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
EFT/MFT platform support
FTP/SFTP protocols
Linux and Windows administration
Python scripting and automation
AWS Lambda
Amazon S3
Amazon SNS/SQS
Amazon EventBridge
REST APIs and web services
SSL/TLS and certificate management
IBM MQ administration and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Integration Platform Support: Provide L3 support, monitor health, troubleshoot production issues, resolve integration failures, and perform root cause analysis.
Cloud Integration Engineering: Design, develop, and support AWS-based integration solutions; support event-driven and serverless architectures.
Decom & Replatform: Modernize legacy integrations, migrate workloads to AWS-native solutions, and participate in cloud transformation initiatives.
