Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe.

You will blend technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful implementations and align customer outcomes with business goals. You will advance through increasingly complex programs, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining AWS standards and certifications.

Qualifications

8+ years of cloud computing experience.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.).
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions and planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
