Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to support Finacle on AWS. The role covers cloud infrastructure management, Kubernetes operations, CICD automation, monitoring, and platform reliability across non-production and production environments.

The candidate will design scalable infra with Terraform, manage EKS clusters, implement deployment strategies, and ensure security and incident response are handled with established tooling.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of AWS Infrastructure, DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS Cloud experience and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.
• Terraform, Docker, Git, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge: HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, deployment strategies.
• Experience with CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk for monitoring.
• Production incident management and security/IAM proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Finacle deployments on AWS.
• Administer and troubleshoot EKS/Kubernetes clusters, upgrades, and lifecycle.
• Design and maintain infrastructure with Terraform (IaC).
• Implement Canary, Blue-Green, and Rolling Deployments.
• Manage Docker-based containers and Kubernetes workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git release processes.
• Perform configuration management with Ansible.
• Configure AWS services: EKS, IAM, ALB, S3, EC2, CloudWatch.
• Monitor applications/infrastructure with CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive service restoration.
• Manage security controls, IAM policies, credential rotations, Istio certificates.
• Support incident/change/problem management with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Maintain technical docs and runbooks in Confluence.
