Job summary

Turing Global India is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer for a fully remote contractor role. You will build self-service automation, design CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure with CloudFormation while optimizing costs and enforcing security policies.

Required are 5+ years in AWS automation, Python or Go, and Docker, with Agile experience and Git. The role supports international remote work across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in AWS infrastructure automation with CloudFormation.
Strong experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, API Gateway, and Kinesis.
Proficiency in Python or Go.
Experience in Agile development environment.
Familiarity with Docker.
Java tooling: Maven and Spring.
Git proficiency.
US-based with remote work capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and support self-service automation tools for developers.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS CloudFormation.
Optimize cloud costs with auto-scaling and down-scaling.
Implement security automation to enforce policies across AWS accounts.
Collaborate with product teams to architect new workloads.
