Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale our AI-powered communication platform on AWS and Kubernetes. You will own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC while guiding the team toward reliable, secure systems.

You will work with Terraform, GitOps (ArgoCD), and observability tools to improve deployment speed and platform resilience in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE or platform engineering experience in production.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience supporting production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes administration and containerized workloads.
• Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Python or Go.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience supporting highly available production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Lead and mentor other engineers on best practices and reliability.
