• Manage the product backlog and prioritize work items based on business value.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine business requirementsand desired outcomes.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solutionreviews.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, architects, andbusiness partners throughout software development.
• Support testing activities, defect resolution, and productionvalidation. ·
• Assist with platform adoption initiatives and useronboarding.
• Support integrations between NICE applications and othersystems.
• Provide production support and issue triage as needed.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
