Qualifications

• 18–20 years of software design and development experience with strong application background.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies (primarily AWS).
• 5+ years in cloud advisory, migration, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architecture patterns.
• Expertise in designing solutions for scalability, security, performance, and resilience.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, IaaS/PaaS, networking, VPC, load balancing, and routing.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution articulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level discussions on AWS cloud capabilities, strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive cloud advisory engagements aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Define target-state architectures and solution blueprints for migration and modernization.
• Lead large-scale AWS cloud migration, transformation, and modernization programs.
• Develop TCO models, cost assessments, and business cases for stakeholders.
• Establish technical governance and ensure end-to-end solution quality.
• Define AIOps strategies and post-migration automation frameworks.
• Recommend tools and approaches for observability, FinOps, and cloud operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams and architecture groups.
