Job summary
Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Sr. Consulting Manager, Solutions Engineering to design and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions that enable complex application migration, modernization, and platform transformation.
You will work with AWS architects, Cognizant delivery leadership, and client teams to own architectural outcomes and help engineering teams build sustainable cloud and DevSecOps capabilities.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on cloud and infrastructure engineering experience, including 5+ years on AWS.
- Strong hands-on AWS CDK and TypeScript expertise with IaC patterns.
- Proven enterprise cloud migration and modernization delivery experience.
- CI/CD and DevSecOps engineering, with automated security/quality gates.
- Consulting and client-facing delivery, architecture leadership, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions aligned with Well-Architected principles.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-prem to AWS (ECS/Fargate, serverless, APIs).
- Design and build IaC using AWS CDK and TypeScript across multi-account deployments.
- Engineer secure DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities with governance and tooling.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client teams, leading workshops and reviews.
