Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Consulting Manager, Solutions Engineering to design and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions for complex financial workloads. You will lead migrations, modernization, and platform transformation, working with AWS architects and client teams.

You will own architectural outcomes, build reusable IaC patterns with CDK/TypeScript, and drive secure DevSecOps capabilities while guiding delivery teams and stakeholders across engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on cloud and infrastructure engineering experience, with 5+ years on AWS.
• Strong AWS CDK and TypeScript expertise for IaC patterns and cross-account deployments.
• Enterprise cloud migration and modernization experience, with Docker, ECS/Fargate, EKS, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proven CI/CD and DevSecOps engineering experience using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI; security guardrails in the cloud.
• Demonstrated consulting and client-facing delivery leadership with architecture reviews and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions aligned with Well-Architected framework.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on‑prem to AWS.
• Design and build Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK/TypeScript.
• Engineer secure DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities with standardized pipelines.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor, leading discovery sessions and workshops with client teams.
