Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Consulting Manager, Solutions Engineering, to design and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions enabling complex migrations and platform transformation.
You will work with AWS architects, Cognizant delivery leadership, and client teams, owning architectural outcomes and enabling cloud-native engineering. The role combines hands-on delivery with consulting leadership, involving discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer to strengthen client
Qualifications
- 12+ years in cloud and infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years on AWS and deep architecture expertise.
- Strong hands-on AWS CDK and TypeScript expertise.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise cloud migration and application modernization.
- Strong CI/CD and DevSecOps engineering experience.
- Demonstrated consulting and client-facing delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise AWS cloud solutions aligned with Well‑Architected principles.
- Lead cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
- Design and build Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
- Engineer secure DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client teams with knowledge transfer.
