Job summary

Element Technologies seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will design and manage AWS resources across compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring, and develop IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions, migrating and modernizing applications, and ensuring security, performance, and cost optimization across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and networking.
• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Linux scripting in Python or Bash.
• Proficient in AWS security, IAM, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Implement and manage AWS services such as EC2, EKS/ECS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Support cloud migration, application modernization, and containerized workloads.
• Implement cloud security, monitoring, performance optimization, and cost-management practices.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
