Job summary

CleanSlate Technology Group is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Network Engineering Technical Manager to oversee the AWS Cloud Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will lead team efforts in delivering cloud solutions and possess significant experience in managing technical teams and designing AWS architectures. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to promoting cloud modernization practices. This is a full-time position located in Carmel, Indiana requiring occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology roles.
• 2+ years in team lead or management positions.
• 4 years of hands-on AWS infrastructure solutions experience.
• Strong AWS network architecture proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS Cloud Infrastructure team and project delivery.
• Ensure technical quality and standards for infrastructure design.
• Lead architectural design sessions with clients and document requirements.
• Provide mentorship and resource planning for team members.
