Job summary

CleanSlate Technology Group is seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to design and deliver modern cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure. You will lead SDLC automation, IaC, and site reliability engineering, guiding delivery across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and hybrid, located within a 90-mile radius of Carmel, IN, with up to 10% travel. You will collaborate with CleanSlate and client teams to drive mission-critical outcomes and optimize cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with DevOps platforms and automation.
• 5+ years in the design and implementation of DevOps platforms.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud solutions.
• 1+ year of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations.
• Experience building and managing enterprise-scale DevOps platforms, tooling, and automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise software development tools and architectures; ability to script or code.
• Experience facilitating design sessions with clients and technical teams.
• Strong IAM/security practices and cloud security understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps team to deliver modern cloud tenants and deployments with minimal manual intervention.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with blueprints and strategy.
• Build complex automation platforms supporting applications.
• Champion agile practices and DevOps methodologies across projects.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure, automation, and tooling meet project needs.
• Advise on infrastructure architecture to support application requirements.
• Engage with clients during presales or consultancy engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals with input and estimates.
