Job summary

Litify seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in New York. You will write clean, scalable code for AWS services and own the AWS portion of projects integrating with Salesforce, while learning Salesforce technologies (LWC, Apex).

You will contribute to design, analysis, development, and deployment of data‑driven applications in an agile environment, collaborating with Product Managers on scoping and roadmap discussions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend experience with a language (Node.js preferred).
• 4+ years in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Willingness to learn Salesforce platform (LWC, Apex).
• Experience with AI code assistance tools (GitHub Copilot or Claude Code).
• Drive to improve skills and help teammates grow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and monitor RESTful APIs.
• Create cost‑effective services for large data volumes.
• Write infrastructure‑as‑code templates and deploy stacks.
• Manage data security in S3.
• Build AWS side of Salesforce integrations and refactor processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on scoping/roadmap.
• Document project knowledge and share with team.
