A leading insurance provider in Los Angeles seeks a Branch Underwriting Manager to oversee underwriting operations and engage with external customers. This role requires 7-10+ years of complex commercial lines underwriting experience and prior management experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams. Competitive salary range of $175,000 to $225,000, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressively complex commercial lines underwriting experience.
• Prior branch-level underwriting management experience preferred.
• Prior staff supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee underwriting operations of the branch/office.
• Engage with external customers to enable growth.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
