Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field required.
• 8+ years in treasury, public finance, or related finance experience.
• Experience with debt portfolios, investments, and capital finance.

• Oversees treasury functions including cash management and liquidity.
• Manages university debt portfolio and financing activities.
• Leads tax compliance and broader treasury policy work.
• Advises CFO and Board on financial strategy and risk.
• Leads and develops treasury staff and cross-coverage.
