U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union seeks an AVP of Special Assets to oversee a team handling a portfolio of problem credits, leading loan restructurings and coordinated actions with lenders, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications

Eight to ten years of related experience.
Experience with SBA 7a and USDA B&I loan programs.
Ability to analyze complex financial statements and tax returns.
Bachelor's degree or industry certifications equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and train others.

Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, and implement loan restructuring proposals for complex and multi-tiered transactions.
Write and review complex liquidation and litigation plans for governmental agencies.
Prepare and present complex credit presentations for loan committees and agencies.
Complete monthly/quarterly reviews for problem relationships with action plans and risk rating modifications.
Manage third parties assisting with the special assets workout process.
Oversee management of OREO properties and related contracts and income/expense oversight.
