Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union is seeking an AVP of Product Management & Development to lead product strategy for consumer and commercial deposit portfolios, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs and Visa offerings. You will guide pricing, governance and roadmap delivery within an Agile framework, with collaboration across Treasury, Marketing and Finance.

The role oversees a small team, reports to the Leadership Team, and supports five-year forecasts while driving member growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of deposit portfolio and product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience coaching and leadership/management.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modeling.
• Experience with budgeting process for a line of business or division.
• Experience with project planning and delivery.
• Experience with market research.
• Effective presentation skills, including strong oral and written communications.
• Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work across divisional lines and generate results in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular research to benchmark pricing/features against competitors and identify member preferences.
• Manage long-term roadmaps for deposit and transactional products with prioritization.
• Recommend and support projects via Agile-Value Stream framework.
• Participate in Advanced Analytics Program for AI-driven applications.
• Oversee five-year deposit forecasts and liquidity planning with Treasury and Lending.
• Analyze penetration and satisfaction rates for key products and disseminate findings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive higher penetration and cross-sell.
• Track product profitability and align with Strategies/Finance.
• Coordinate annual fee studies and pricing comparisons.
• Propose adjustments to cover rising costs and fund new features.
