Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group Inc. is seeking an AVP, Loan Administration Unit to support the Agency & Bilateral Loan Administration Section.

The role ensures accurate and timely administration and servicing of the bank's agented loan portfolio, leads and trains staff, and maintains high client service levels. You will review closing documents, coordinate funds flow, and monitor complex transactions in LoanIQ/ACBS.

Qualifications

Seven years or more of loan product experience as Administrative Agent.
Experience with ACBS and LoanIQ loan operating systems.
Experience with complex lending products (e.g. Project Finance, Securitization, ABL).

Responsibilities

Act as LAU representative coordinating transactions between customers, agent banks, participant banks, front office and treasury.
Manage the administrative aspect of all New Deal Closings.
Calculate, invoicing and disbursing all deal related fees.
Coordinate movement of funds related to initial funding and closing.
Provide consultative support to Account Officers on operational deal structure issues.
Review Document and Facility Instruction Sheet / CA Booking Request to ensure accuracy with Credit Approval.
