Qualifications

ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
P.E. license in Florida required.
12+ years of progressive engineering experience with senior leadership.
Ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

Manage land development projects through planning, design, permitting, and implementation.
Provide leadership for multidisciplinary teams on private and municipal projects.
Oversee all phases of project delivery from planning to construction.
Mentor and supervise managers, project leaders, and senior staff.
Coordinate proposals, scopes of work, and client agreements.
Support business development activities including pursuits and RFQs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agencies, industry partners, and community leaders.
Ensure consistent application of design, production, and QC standards across projects.
Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing needs and market conditions.
Represent the company in professional associations and civic groups.
