Pape-Dawson Engineers' Miramar Beach office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept through design and construction support.

You will manage client communication, budgeting, permitting, and schedule while mentoring a team of engineers and technicians and maintaining high technical standards. The role emphasizes strong client relationships and collaboration with public agencies to deliver responsive, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.
• 10+ years' experience managing land development projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in the Panhandle market is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction practices and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of engineers and technicians to serve clients well.
• Lead design, plan production, permitting, and project management for land development.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Develop professional relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders.
• Coordinate tasks, budgets, and schedules to meet client timelines.
