Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Institutional Advancement and staffing.
• Oversee fundraising programs including campaigns, annual giving, alumni relations, and donor communications.
• Manage portfolio of leadership gift prospects through personal visits and other channels.
• Collaborate with Board of Trustees and senior leaders to drive fundraising priorities.
• Develop metrics to evaluate performance of gift officers and the team.
• Represent the College at events and in the community to promote advancement priorities.
