Job summary

JCW Group in New York is seeking an AVP or VP of Operational Risk to partner with the Chief Risk Officer and to engage with executive leadership across the firm. Day-to-day you will support the execution and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s enterprise and operational risk management practices, assist in developing risk appetite metrics, KRIs, and emerging risk themes, and support the incident and issue management process.

This is a senior role requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an enterprise, operational, change or third-party risk management role, ideally with another Financial Services firm.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments, issue management programs and/or operational risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s enterprise and operational risk management practices.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of risk appetite metrics, KRIs, and emerging risk themes.
