• Identify opportunities for expansion and partner with Product on tech solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of underwriters with coaching and knowledge transfer.
• Provide underwriting expertise on complex, high-exposure risks.
• Maintain a strong field presence with regional teams and agents.
• Collaborate with actuarial, analytics, claims, legal, product and regional leaders.
