Job summary

Blue Origin, based in the United States, seeks an experienced engineer to lead avionics testing programs for rocket engine controllers. You will plan and execute development, qualification, and acceptance tests, analyze EMI/environmental data, and drive root-cause solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering, physics, or related field
• 5+ years of electrical/avionics hardware testing experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to earn trust and work in an inclusive culture
• U.S. citizen/national or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Plan, complete, and report avionics development, qualification, and acceptance testing
• Perform tests in conjunction with technicians
• Analyze Environmental/EMI test data and determine root causes
• Identify and mitigate test execution risks
• Work in an environmental and EMI lab environment
