Job summary

Tactical Air Support is seeking an experienced Avionics Mechanic to join our team at Hill AFB, UT. You will perform organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance on aircraft electrical/avionic systems, wiring, and components, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the fleet.

Candidates should have 5–6 years in avionics/aircraft maintenance, experience with radar/weapons systems and F-5/T-38 platforms, and be willing to travel nationwide. U.S.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent with 5-6 years in avionics/aircraft maintenance.
Experience with Radar/Integrated Weapons systems.
Experience with high performance military aircraft (F-5/T-38).
Experience with modifying F-5 aircraft with Garmin and Mission Systems.
Experience with aircraft wiring modifications.
Regular travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.
Valid state driver license.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance on aircraft electrical/avionic systems, components, and equipment.
Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to teammates as needed.
