Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation, Inc. seeks an Avionics Technician III to perform maintenance, testing, upgrades, and installations on corporate aircraft in Van Nuys, CA.

You will follow Repair Station Manual procedures and OEM data, reporting to the Avionics Supervisor, with opportunities to lead projects. The role requires at least six years of avionics experience, an airframe license, and current FAR Part 145.151 certification.

Qualifications

• Six years of military or corporate aircraft avionics experience.
• Airframe license required and FAR Part 145.151 certification.
• Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and servicing avionics systems.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Repair Station Manual and Quality Manual.
• Perform avionics testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations.
• Lead projects and guide other avionics technicians when assigned.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and use test equipment.
• Maintain organized work areas and comply with safety standards.
