Job summary

Jobtailor in Englewood, Colorado is seeking an experienced technician to perform core duties under AMC 145 and 135 maintenance requirements. You will coordinate with Maintenance Support and Planning to provide for field maintenance needs and communicate with Engineering for specialized shop needs.

The role also involves mentoring new employees, monitoring material usage, and supporting multiple projects while upholding Safety Management System standards.

Qualifications

• GED and 5+ years’ related experience or equivalent.
• AMC part 145 and 135 maintenance requirements knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with RAMCO and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Understanding of Safety Management System (SMS).

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five (5) or more years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of AMC part 145 and 135 maintenance requirements and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient in the use of electronic or paper based manuals and able to navigate through vendor data to find necessary information
• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of concepts and practices of their specific disciplines skills and their application.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and to work on problems of diverse scope and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the AMC Safety Management System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Thorough knowledge and ability to utilize of multiple RAMCO functions
• FAA A&P or meet requirements to obtain a FAA repairman certificated preferred
