You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and test teams to solve technical challenges and implement improvements that support customers and mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in engineering, troubleshooting, product support, integration, testing, or sustaining engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause capability.
• Ability to work across hardware, software and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and own issues to resolution.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information and systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting existing avionics products, including production and field-reported ones.
• Lead or support root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, systems, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Support production, integration, and testing activities to maintain quality and reliability.
• Evaluate and implement engineering changes, product improvements, and component replacements.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and product configuration records.
• Identify opportunities to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
