You will collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, systems, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements that support mission‑critical applications. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering degree, strong problem‑solving skills, and experience in product support, testing, or sustaining engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with root-cause capability.
• Experience working across technical and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, take ownership, and drive issues to resolution.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export‑controlled information and systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting existing avionics products, including production and field reports.
• Lead or support root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, systems, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve cross‑functional challenges.
• Support production, integration, and testing activities to maintain quality and reliability.
• Evaluate and implement engineering changes, product improvements, and component replacements.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and configuration records.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, manufacturability, and long‑term performance.
• Support nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
