Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Sr. Buyer in Avionics and Strategic Sourcing to drive supplier selection, contract negotiations, and DFM/DFSC decisions across avionics subsystems.

You will partner with engineering, QA, and manufacturing to secure reliable supply and cost-effective plans for rapid development cycles. The role requires 4+ years in related supply chain roles, experience with MRP/ERP and BOM management, and active US security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field, program, or project.
• 4+ years of experience in Avionics, PCBs/PCBAs, Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical components (EEE), Instrumentation, or RF Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support production strategy development with sourcing, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Evaluate and select supply plans for quality, reliability, and cost.
