Job summary

Stoke Space in the United States is seeking an Avionics - Stage Integration and Test Engineer to lead the architecture, integration, test, and flight of avionics on the Nova launch vehicle. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to define integration sequences for electrical checkout and pre-flight operations.

The role requires a B.S. in electrical engineering and 5+ years in electrical systems design or testing, plus experience with multidisciplinary launches.

Qualifications

• B.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, building, or testing electrical systems.
• Experience with integration, test, or operations of complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Familiarity with automated test sequences and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated avionics systems from design through flight.
• Develop schematics, equipment lists, integration and test plans.
• Facilitate hardware-in-the-loop test solutions for CI.
• Understand interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software.
• Own integration schedules and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot electrical hardware issues with component owners.
• Develop day-of-flight procedures and sequences.
• Support testing at Moses Lake and Cape Canaveral.
• Provide on-console avionics support for tests and launch operations.
