Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Avionics Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division at Hill AFB, UT. You will lead design, integration, verification, and airworthiness certification of F-16 AESA radar and EW subsystems.

The role requires an active secret clearance, an advanced engineering degree, and substantial DoD experience. You will work with teams across multiple bases and MNFP programs to ensure timely fielding and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required.
• Senior-level experience in avionics, radar, EW systems.
• ABET-accredited engineering program required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design, development, integration, verification, and airworthiness qualification of F-16 AESA radar and EW.
• Assist in fielding of F-16 self-protection and related systems.
• Collaborate with DoD stakeholders across bases and MNFP program.
