Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace systems project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through planning and execution of avionics development programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, program managers, and key stakeholders.
• Support teams in resolving technical and program execution challenges.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and technical objectives.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to evaluate project health and performance.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution activities.
