Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking an Avionics Production Engineer II/III to join our Centennial, CO team onsite. You will drive production readiness, generate assembly instructions, and collaborate with design and test groups to accelerate spacecraft development.

The role emphasizes hands‑on hardware, AS9100 adherence, and scalable manufacturing workflows. Compensation reflects Level II or III with equity and full benefits; on‑site work with potential for growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
  • 2–4 years experience for level II or 4+ for level III.
  • Experience with PLM, MES and data management controls.
  • Experience working to AS9100 processes and standards.
  • Experience with hands‑on hardware and fabrication methods.
  • Experience building classified hardware in SCIFs or SAP facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate work instructions for mechanical and electrical assemblies.
  • Support production operations to keep workflow uninterrupted.
  • Generate NCRs and drive investigations to resolution and dispositions.
  • Manage calibration and certification of mechanical and electrical GSE.
  • Provide engineering support to technicians.
  • Implement process improvements and corrective actions to increase production efficiency.
  • Provide manufacturing expertise to design engineering and contribute to drawings and SOPs.
  • Create spacecraft assembly kits for rapid production.
