Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years education/experience.
• Experience with Flight Avionics hardware and networking standards (e.g. 1553, Ethernet, RS-232, ARINC-429).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to translate technical instructions.
• Experience in production, operational or test environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test Prime Mission Equipment in labs and on aircraft.
• Design lab bench test cables and use test tools for hardware bench testing.
• Support hardware analysis for maintainability, reliability and safety.
• Create equipment requirements in spec documents for procurement.
• Develop hardware test processes and follow Northrop Grumman guidelines.
• Create test procedures for equipment qualification testing.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environment across diverse tasks.
• Collaborate with system engineers, hardware designers, and test engineers in lab settings.
