Job summary
Avidyne Corporation in Melbourne, FL seeks an experienced avionics technician for a senior field-service role. You will serve as the primary technical authority for complex avionics installations, troubleshooting, and customer support across our field service operations, leading root-cause analysis and corrective action on escalated issues.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in avionics installation and troubleshooting leadership.
- Certification or degree in a related technical field preferred.
- Working knowledge of general aviation avionics architecture incl. FMS, displays, GPS, autopilots, comms.
- Familiarity with FAA Part 23/43 requirements and related regs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical authority for complex avionics installs and troubleshooting.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action on escalated issues.
- Conduct post-installation flight testing and validation for compliance.
- Mentor and supervise Service Engineers; approve complex work.
- Travel to customer sites nationwide for installations and support.
