Job summary

The Technical Operations Specialist II (Avionics/Electrical) at Gulfstream Savannah serves as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, guiding installation, service, repair and maintenance of Gulfstream avionics and electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, coordinate resources during in-flight events, support equipment integration, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods.

A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of aircraft maintenance/operations experience are required; an A&P

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field required.
• 5 years aircraft related maintenance and operations experience required.
• A&P license or EASA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergency calls, coordinating resources and providing technical data.
• Interprets requirements and provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams.
• Develops troubleshooting plans and guides plan implementation to Return To Service.
• Directs exchange of technical data for repairs and analysis.
• Prepare customer bulletins, PCRs, and other formal communications.
• Use Lean methodology to improve internal processes and efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related curriculum

A&P license

EASA B1/B2 FlightSafety Master Technician
