Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Huntsville, AL to act as the customer-facing technical sales expert for priority differentiated products and mission-system integration solutions. You will bridge engineering with commercial teams to translate complex requirements into viable, funded outcomes, guiding demonstrations and technical engagement with government and OEM partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years in defense systems engineering and mission systems integration.
Experience supporting technical capture, ROMs and proposals in the DoD market.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in meetings, briefings, demos and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with Government customers, OEMs and primes to understand requirements and integration constraints.
Demonstrate Aether capabilities, develop integration concepts, and support funded opportunities.
Translate customer needs into executable technical scope and rock-solid proposals.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Capture Teams to align demonstrations and technical content with acquisition timelines.
