Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. seeks a Senior Training Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced learning solutions for Flight Operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

You will mentor junior designers, partner with stakeholders, and deliver blended learning using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint while aligning with FAA guidance and NetJets standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Communications or related field required.
• 4-6 years of experience in training/instructional design.
• Aviation/training design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex Flight Operations training initiatives.
• Translate operational requirements into performance-focused learning solutions.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations leadership and SMEs to determine training scope.
• Design blended learning using Articulate Rise/Storyline and PowerPoint with scenario-based elements.
• Align content with FAA guidance and NetJets standards.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and review courseware quality.
