Job summary

You will oversee subcontractors, manage budgets and on-site operations, participate in progress meetings, and translate project requirements into field action.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience with 8+ years in field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects and 75M+ Aviation projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans, coordinate site care, and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and prepare reports and changes.
