Air Transport International (ATI) in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks a Manager of Quality Control to supervise inspection programs and ensure adherence to GMM policies, FAA rules, and reliability boards. The role includes monitoring maintenance, coordinating regulator surveillance, and preparing records for aging aircraft operations.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P certificate with 3–5 years in aviation maintenance, strong technical writing, and the ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification (valid).
• DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong technical writing for Engineering Orders.

Responsabilités

• Monitor heavy maintenance activity to ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Manage the weight and balance program and oversee re-weigh process.
• Assemble records for aging aircraft inspections.
• Coordinate with Regulators for surveillance activities.
• Evaluate technical data and regulatory requirements regarding aircraft modifications, maintenance procedures, and upgrades.
• Audit new Company aircraft records and format them for program induction.
• Surveillance of inspections, repairs, or modifications by repair stations or overhaul agencies.
• Assist in developing or revising repair specifications or maintenance programs (Continuous Improvement).
